Registration

 

To register your child or place him/her on our waiting list you need to:
 
1.       Pay a one time only Registration Fee upon registering your child.‎
 

  1. Submit application form(s) to the Administration for processing and filing:

 

  1. Admission Form with required documents:
    bullet

    Three passport size photographs
    bullet

    Photocopy of Parents & Child's Passport (Residence Visa)
    bullet

    Photocopy of Birth Certificate
    bullet

    Photocopy of Vaccination Card

  2. Your Childs' Profile

  3. Medical Form

  4. Enrolment Preference

 

  1. Pay tuition fee in full on due dates as per payment schedule. All fees should be paid at the latest by the end of first week of term by cash or cheque made payable to Teddy Bear Nursery. Please note that the child will not be admitted until accounts are settled.
 

  1. Fees are payable for all/any absences inclusive of illness, vacation and public holidays and any unforeseen closures.
